FAQ
Is it possible to upgrade my plan after payment?
Yes and you won’t lose any remaining time when you upgrade. All remaining time on your current active subscription will be converted to a partial credit towards the new payment.
Our system treats the upgrade in two steps:
- The system will see the price you paid for your current plan, it will then divide this by the number of days in the plan length you purchased and then multiply it by the remaining unused days – this sum will be used as a partial credit against the cost of the new plan you have chosen.
- When you select a new plan level and duration, this partial credit from p.1 will be applied. This may mean you will not pay anything for the new plan as the credit on your 3Commas account will fully cover the payment cost.
Can I downgrade my plan after payment?
Yes, you can downgrade your plan after payment. You have two options:
- Purchase a cheaper subscription, which will start after your current subscription ends.
- If you have an annual plan and wish to downgrade, request a refund for the unused time as per our Refund Policy. This will terminate your current plan, allowing you to choose any other plan.
Can I buy a subscription during the Trial?
Yes, it is possible to purchase a subscription plan during the Trial period! The new plan purchased will be queued on your account and will start as soon as the Trial period has completed.
Can I pay for my subscription with cryptocurrency?
Yes, we support payment with the most popular cryptocurrencies.
Where can I change my billing address and invoice?
If you paid with a Credit or Debit card or using PayPal, then check your emails for the payment receipt and you should see a link to allow you to change the payment address but not VAT details.
If you would like to change your information for future invoices, please cancel your recurring subscription and update it here before re-subscribing.
Can I enable recurring payments if I pay with Cryptocurrency?
Sadly, recurring payments are unavailable if you choose to pay with cryptocurrency, due to the limitations with this payment method.
How can I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, you’ll need to cancel your recurring payment, if enabled, on the Subscription history page, you’ll see a button next to your active subscription you can click to cancel the recurring payments. Once this is done, your subscription will continue until the expiry date displayed.
Please note – the actions above will not cancel any time left on your current/active subscription, just the recurring payment element!
The recurring payment option is only enabled if you do not pay for your subscription using cryptocurrency.
